The franchisor provides macro and micro Academic plans, Worksheets, Formats, Assignments, Assessments, Knowledge Bank access, and much more to deliver the content to the child.
A customized marketing strategy is given to the franchise for local marketing and admissions. Calculation of the Project Feasibility Report for the next five years is done and shared with the promoter. An admission strategy is devised, along with which the admission counsellors are provided with training and guidance to carry out the admission process. There is also a provision of operations, HR, and Admin-related training.
DRS Kids does Pan India marketing for brand awareness and national presence. The preschools associated with DRS Kids are featured on the website as a part of the marketing strategy. DRS Kids brand marketing is also done in foreign countries.
Designs for marketing collateral, such as hoarding, flex boards, car stickers, flyers, and others, are provided to the franchise for local advertising. We also customize marketing collaterals as per the preschool’s requirements.
A virtual induction program is organized for all the facilitators joining DRS Kids. Additionally, online training is held every alternate Saturday and a cluster training is held at Hyderabad, annually. The teachers are trained on the application of the 3C curriculum and how to integrate it in the classroom. They are also trained on how to use Google Classroom, conduct calendar activities, and much more.
Counsellors are trained to communicate with people seeking information about admission at DRS Kids. They explain the USPs and facilities provided by the preschool.
One virtual quality audit is done annually. The documentation process happening in the preschool is checked. The functioning of the preschool is examined to provide them with feedback.
Furniture, play, and music equipment for preschools are provided by the franchisor. The kit contains specified units like chairs, tables, storage units, and much more, for students and teachers. Things like a podium, easel, carpets, number mats, and the like are also included.
The Interior Design Specification Manual provides the layout of the preschool. The floor plan for the property and the placement of the furniture in the classroom are given. The colour theme and colour specification for each class are provided. Customization as per the preschool property is done.

The franchisor expects you to work your best towards the vision of the preschool to strengthen it.
The material received from HO should be printed and organized for operating the preschool. This includes the vision and the mission of the preschool, marketing collateral, calendar, academic resources, and so on.
The Head Office issues a design manual to set up the preschool. Designing the interior is done as per the plan provided in the manual. The functional layout, interior finishes, and colour codes are provided to guide you to set up the preschool.
The staff at DRS Kids is recruited according to the guidelines provided by the franchisor. The staff includes facilitators, assistant facilitators, co-curricular teachers, admin staff, housekeeping, security guard, and the like.
A customized marketing strategy is planned for the franchise. You are provided with all the marketing collateral required. Arrangement for a press meet to promote the school is to be done on the launch day using the marketing collateral provided. Plan and schedule the activities utilizing the budget to the optimal.
